Bike Rental

Eligibility Policy:

​

• Bike Rental users must be 18 years of age or older.

• BikeRoverz users must possess a valid Vehicle driving license (Domestic/International).

• Rental bike users must not have been involved in any alcohol/drug/other traffic violations in the past.

• Payments are only accepted through Google Pay (Tez), PhonePe, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI Transaction, Cash.

Cancellation Policy:

​

Before 48 Hours

• If a user cancels the booking 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the trip, there will be 20% deduction on the booking amount.

Within 24 - 48 Hours

• Less than 48 hours and up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the trip, the user will be charged 50% of the booking amount as a cancellation fee.

Less than 24 Hours

• There will be 20% refund if the cancellation is done with less than 24 hours remaining from scheduled start time of the trip.

Reschedule Policy:

• No rescheduling charge.

Within 24 Hours

• 20% of the difference. No fee if the new fare is higher than the old fare.*

Shortening the trip

• No Refund.

Extending the trip

• Normal tariff for extended hours (subject to availability). No extra charge.*

Late Return Policy:

Late return within 30 minutes

• No charge

Late return after 30 minutes

• Additional INR 50.

Late return of more than 60 minutes

• Additional INR 100 per hour.*

Refuelling Fuel Tank:

Fuel tank as provided

• No Charge.

Fuel tank deficit than fuel provided

• No, you need to return the rental bike with same fuel quantity as was provided at the time of Delivery otherwise you will be charged for the deficit fuel and convenience charge as applicable.*
